A full body approach to core health working with postural and respiratory techniques that addresses the true essence of the ‘core’ so it will perform synergistically as intended.

Many of us have dysfunctional breathing patterns that can lead to pain, weakness and lack of ability to do the things we wish in our days. Poor breathing habits can affect us physically, mentally and emotionally.

This technique ‘lifts’ the abdomen to reduce intrabdominal pressure, allowing the core to work more effectively. This is particularly helpful for conditions that can be caused from too much abdominal pressure: hernias, prolapses, incontinence and heavy weight lifting.

Whether you are an athlete wanting to improve performance or a more sedentary person that wants to breath well and feel supported through their body to optimize health and well being, you can benefit from a hypopressive program.

A hypopressive session will evaluate your posture and breathing and make recommendations to help improve and offer a progressive home program to help you achieve your goals. An initial session will be an hour and follow up sessions 30 minutes.
